Welcome to ldsanxiety.com, a site primarily dedicated to helping you or
a loved one overcome the heartbreaking effects of anxiety and/or
depression. Soquel Foote is someone who has experienced anxiety
and depression first hand, and after 7 years of intense study, learning
by trial and error, and prayer, has learned to overcome it. She wants to
share with you how she did it, and she invites you to come and believe
with her....that YOU can do it too.

First Things First

More than this website, or more than any type of therapy can help you,
the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ should be your FIRST resource. He
created you, and therefore, he can help you to "fix" this weakness you
have. YOU alone cannot fix this problem, however, with the LORD, you
can do ANYTHING. HE will help lead you to the RIGHT type of therapy
for you, the right medication, if needed, etc. If I understood this concept
from the beginning, 7 years would have turned to 3 years, possibly 1
year, possibly 3 months, and possibly even less than that. Everyone is
different; a time frame cannot be placed on the healing process.

Physical Obstacles to overcoming anxiety and/or depression

A stressful state of mind will negatively affect the organs of the body. It
is impossible for the physical body  to function properly when the center
of command (the brain) is in disarray.  The immune system becomes
weak and the body is more susceptible to ailments such as allergies,
hormonal imbalances, vitamin and mineral deficiency, etc. In order to
prevent these types of problems, it  is necessary to take some type of  
whole food supplement.
