Personal Training
Soquel has recently moved to New Mexico and is offering special personal training rates
for students (please show student id). Her business is mobile and will be provided in
your own home or apartment, so please make sure there is sufficient space cleared for a
session (not much space is needed, a small living room or family room should suffice).  
Equipment for the training is also provided.  An initial
trial session for student and
non-student alike is
$15.00. The session will be 45 minutes
long, and will include an initial consultation and mini-workout.  Thereafter,
all sessions are 1 hour long, and pricing is as follows
(note: Buddy sessions include 2 people
if you'd like to find a friend to train with in order to cut costs.)

Be Fortunate, Be Fit!
Soquel Foote is a 2002 graduate of Brigham Young University, and is
also an ACE certified personal trainer  (American Council on Exercise)
and Nutritional Consultant from the Global Institute for Alternative
Medicine.  She has been personal training for 4 years at various gyms
and in client's homes. She specializes in helping people, especially
women, loose weight.  If you are male and are looking to bulk up,  this
is probably not the personal trainer for you. Soquel prides herself on
her motivation, positive attitude, and giving the client hope to succeed
in her/his fitness goals. She herself has been overweight at one point
in time, and worked her way toward a healthy figure. If you don't believe
her when you meet her, ask her for a
before picture!
